1.70.420 Reports by lobbyists to the board.
(a) Each registered lobbyist must file with the Board, under oath:
(1) A report covering the period from January through June 30th, filed by July 31st; and
(2) A report covering the period from July 1st through December 31st, filed by January 31st.
(b) If the lobbyist is not an individual, an authorized officer or agent of the lobbyist must sign the form. Each lobbyist must file a separate report for each individual or organization that compensates the lobbyist.
(c) Each report must include:
(1) A complete and current statement of the information required under WSSC 1.70.390 for registration;
(2) Disclosure regarding compensation, gifts, expenses, fees, and other costs related to lobbying efforts to the extent authorized under the General Provisions Article, §§ 5-705 and 5-706, Annotated Code of Maryland; and
(3) Disclosure of business transactions that an individual lobbyist has with a Commissioner or General Manager to the extent authorized under the General Provisions Article, § 5-707, Annotated Code of Maryland.
(d) Forms shall be substantially similar to those used by the State Ethics Commission and shall use the same method of allocating costs required by that agency. (Res. 2003-1669 § 1(6-5))
