1.70.430 Public inspection of lobbyist registration documents.

(a) The Board must maintain all required documents under this article and make them available to the public for inspection and copying.
(b) The Board may establish procedures for inspection. The Board may charge fees for copying as specified in the WSSC schedule of fees and charges. (Res. 2003-1669 § 1(6-6))
