9.165.020 Responsibility.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) It is the responsibility of the Section Heads to ensure compliance with procedures to obtain certification.
(b) It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that accurate certification records are maintained.
(c) It is the responsibility of the Crew Chief to ensure that accurate field performance is documented. (ADM 3.0 § II)
