(a) The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements for the administration of the Commission’s water connection pipe emergency replacement loan program.

(b) The intent of the loan program is to provide loans to eligible customers to finance the replacement of leaking pipes located on a residential property that connects from the Commission’s service connection to the residence. (Res. 2019-2218)
