(a) A customer may appeal an unpaid bill to the Dispute Resolving Board in accordance with WSSC Chapter 3.15, Resolving Customer Complaints: Unpaid Water/Sewer Bills.

(b) A customer may appeal a paid bill through the refund hearing request process in accordance with WSSC Chapter 3.05, Hearing Procedures for Customer Refund Claims. (Res. 2019-2220)
