2.55.050 Reporting to other agencies and boards.

If reasonable grounds exist to believe that a serious violation of federal, state, or local law or Commission regulations has occurred, the Inspector General shall report the allegation to:
(a) An appropriate law enforcement agency;
(b) The State Ethics Commission;
(c) The Commission Board of Ethics; and/or
(d) Any other agency with jurisdiction to enforce the law. (Document dated July 1, 2020)
