This chapter describes the various levels of water use restrictions which may be put in effect in the Montgomery County high and dependent zones during periods of high demand which would otherwise jeopardize the safety of customers in the zone due to unavailability of adequate supply capacity. This chapter defines the affected area and describes the mechanism for determining when use restrictions should be put into effect. It also delineates how the restrictions are to be implemented.
