Use of WSSC’s structures for antenna installations is limited to governmental agencies and public utilities serving the major population areas of Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Public utilities as specified in this policy are those providing electric, gas, water, sewerage, and wireless communications which offer service within the Sanitary District.
