(a) Required. In accordance with General Provisions Article, § 5-824, Annotated Code of Maryland, each Commissioner shall file with the State Ethics Commission a financial disclosure statement on or before April 30th for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in office.

(b) Submission to County Chief Administrative Officer. Each Commissioner shall also submit a copy of the financial disclosure statement, or other County required documentation, to the chief administrative officer of the county from which the Commissioner is appointed.

(c) Montgomery County Council. Commissioners of Montgomery County shall submit a copy of the financial disclosure statement to the County Council. (Res. 2024-2291; Document dated August 2, 2021)
