Should the background review not be approved and access denied, the Police and Homeland Security Division Manager will notify the requestor by email and first class mail of the denial and the reasons for same. The requestor may, within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice of denial, request an administrative hearing pursuant to the procedures set forth in WSSC 2.40.120.
