(a) The term of a voting public member of the Audit Committee is two years.

(b) A voting public member of the Audit Committee may serve no more than three consecutive terms.

(c) The terms of the voting members of the Audit Committee shall be staggered.

(d) At the end of a term, a voting member may continue to serve until a successor is appointed.

(e) If a vacancy occurs after a term has begun, the Commissioners of the appropriate county shall appoint a successor.

(f) A voting member who is appointed after a term has begun serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is appointed. (Res. 2023-2347)
