1.45.040 Composition.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) The Committee shall consist of four voting members and one nonvoting member.
(1) The four voting members are appointed as follows:
(i) One WSSC Commissioner from Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, selected by the Commission Chair or their designee, with one Commissioner being designated as Committee Chair;
(ii) Two members of the public, one from Montgomery County and one from Prince George’s County, nominated by the Commissioner members of the Committee.
(2) The nonvoting member shall be the Commission Chair or their designee, who serves ex officio, and who may vote only when there is a tie vote among the voting members. (Res. 2023-2347)
