The following are examples of harassment for the purpose of interpreting this chapter:

(a) Unwelcome sexual flirtations, advances, or propositions;

(b) Derogatory or vulgar comments, jokes, slurs, graffiti, pictures or cartoons regarding an individual’s protected class or protected EEO activity;

(c) Comments or threats related to a person’s protected class or protected EEO activity;

(d) Intimidation based on a person’s protected class or protected EEO activity;

(e) Asking personal questions about another employee’s sex life;

(f) Language or behavior that may otherwise appear benign when such actions are based on a person’s protected class or protected EEO activity;

(g) Physical conduct such as hitting, pushing, groping, or other touching; and
