In this chapter, the following words have the meanings indicated:

(a) “Complainant” means the aggrieved individual who alleges to have been the subject of or witness to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

(b) “Disability” means:

(1) A physical or mental impairment that substantially limits the condition, manner, or duration in which an individual can perform one or more major life activities;

(2) A record of having such an impairment as described in subsection (b)(1) of this section; or

(3) Being regarded as having such an impairment as described in subsection (b)(1) of this section. (Document dated September 1, 2020)
