OSDI shall publish a list or chart maintained on the WSSC website that delineates which firms are eligible to benefit from race- or gender-conscious remedies:
(a) In each industry category; and
(b) The manner in which such firms may benefit from race- or gender-conscious remedies. (Res. 2023-2325)
