(a) Specifications. WSSC shall establish policies and procedures and adopt regulations to prohibit discrimination in the provision of credit or bonding regarding WSSC contracts, and with respect to contracting and procurement by contractors who do business with WSSC. WSSC shall enforce anti-discrimination policies, procedures and regulations and implement and maintain procedures for a WSSC-approved SLBE or MBE, or any other firm, to notify WSSC if the WSSC-approved SLBE or MBE (or firm) believes a prime contractor or WSSC is discriminating in the award of any contracts as prohibited by state law.
