6.15.250 Conditioning bids or proposals upon other awards.

Any bid or proposal that is conditioned upon receiving award of both the particular contract being solicited and another WSSC contract shall be deemed nonresponsive. (Procurement regulations § 4-109, dated August 1, 2012)
