(a) This chapter requires all parties involved in the negotiation, performance, or administration of contracts and procurement by WSSC to act in good faith and to strive at all times to give every appearance of acting in good faith.

(b) All employees of WSSC and all persons participating in WSSC procurement processes are required to practice ethical behavior at all times, and are required to comply with all applicable provisions of the WSSC Code of Ethics. (Procurement regulations § 1-102, dated August 1, 2012)
