The WSSC constructs water and sewer lines to service individual townhouse units through a water and/or sewer connection. To recover construction costs for servicing townhouse developments, each unit is assessed at the base rate for a standard front footage of 50 feet, whether or not abutted by the new water and/or sewer line.
