3.45.020 Purpose and intent.

(a) Criteria. The purpose of this chapter is to establish criteria for the administration of the Commission’s customer assistance program.
(b) Defray Costs. The intent of the customer assistance program is to help defray the cost of WSSC charges for customers who meet certain eligibility criteria. (Res. 2023-2350; Res. 2019-2235; REG-CUM-CC-2018-012 § (b))
