(a) WSSC provides service to properties without regard to whether the property is owner or tenant occupied.
(b) The property owner shall be the primary account holder.
(c) Unless prohibited by the property owner, WSSC may designate a tenant on the account as a financially responsible party.
(d)
(1) Except as provided in subsection (d)(2) of this section, bills shall be sent to both the property and to the property owner’s address of record.
(2) At the property owner’s request, WSSC may send bills to the property owner’s address of record only. (Res. 2019-2220)
