3.25.030 General billing procedures.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) WSSC may bill accounts:
(1) Monthly;
(2) Every other month;
(3) Four times a year; or
(4) Twice a year.
(b) Accounts shall be billed in accordance with rates established by WSSC.
(1) Accounts shall be billed for water usage based upon metered water usage.
(2) Except as provided in WSSC 3.25.110, sewer usage charges shall be billed based on the metered water usage.
(c) Fixed fees are billed at the rates established by WSSC including:
(1) The account maintenance fee; and
(2) The infrastructure investment fee.
(d) As required by state law, WSSC shall collect the bay restoration fee on behalf of the State of Maryland. (Res. 2019-2220)
