(a) Defined as any fire or natural disaster at a WSSC facility or at a facility that will impact WSSC operations.

(b) Notifications Process. The Customer Care Emergency Services Center employees will call, in the following order:

(1) Industrial Assets Management Group;

(2) Production Department Systems Control Division;

(3) Security/Safety Services;

(4) Communications and Community Relations Office;

(5) Manager that is responsible for the area where the event is occurring, or the on-duty Manager;

(6) Claims Unit designee if major damage or at request of customer or Division Manager;

(7) Customer Service Team Director;

(8) General Manager;

(9) Deputy General Manager. (Amended during 2019 codification; CUS 06-01 § III(E)(6))
