The Code Enforcement Section will review the request for completeness. If this request pertains to an establishment that has been previously investigated and enforcement action taken under the FOG Program, the Commission Policy shall be that the proprietor/property owner shall be required to reimburse the Commission for all expenses incurred for the maintenance and investigation activities associated with the current violation. To facilitate the accurate compilation of expenses to individual establishments/owners for a repeat violation, the Code Enforcement Section shall complete the Numeric Job Request Form (Exhibit A) and transmit same to the General Accounting Section for assignment of a job number. If multiple premises/properties are involved, individual Numeric Job Request Forms shall be completed for each premises. (CON 95-05)
