Requests for follow-up investigations related to fats, oil, and grease (FOG) in the Commission system are transmitted from the Bureau of Maintenance, Maintenance Services Division, Maintenance Reconstruction Division, or Systems Maintenance Division, to the Regulatory Compliance Division. These requests should indicate and include at a minimum the following information: 200-foot sheet indicating affected manhole stretches, copy of maintenance work tickets, names/addresses of potential sources, i.e., restaurants, etc. Requests are forwarded to the Code Enforcement Section for appropriate action.
