(a) Users will be required to pay a fixed fee of $150.00 per event to cover cleaning and the energy management system reprogramming costs.

(b) In addition to the fixed cost users will be required to pay a fee of $6.00 per hour to cover normal security, energy and maintenance costs and building depreciation.

(c) Should additional security guards be required for any reason, a fee of $10.00 to $15.50 per hour will be charged for each additional security guard and $18.00 per hour for each additional security supervisor.
