(a) After the legal agreement is approved by the General Counsel’s Office and executed by the General Manager, the Customer Care Division and Utility Services shall be notified by the Civil Engineering Support Section of the effective date of transfer.
(b) Once the system is accepted and legally transferred to WSSC, the information will be incorporated into WSSC records and convey the updated records to the Service Applications and Records Section for microfilming and retention with distribution of the newly recorded data to the following:
(1) Utility Services.
(2) Customer Care.
(3) Revenue Division.
