Proposed developments shall be reevaluated by WSSC at the time of any letter of findings amendment if there is any increase in the projected flow from the development into any off-site sewers. Developments may also be reevaluated by WSSC if any contiguous developments are submitted by the same applicant and the combined base sanitary flow exceeds the 100,000 gpd threshold. The results of the WSSC sewer model are valid as long as the HPA or HPA amendment letter of findings is valid. (REG-IFSM-EC-2016-007)
