A toilet consisting of a water closet, tissue dispenser, lavatory and a combined towel dispenser and waste receiver shall be provided. Hot water is not considered necessary.

Toilet and other sanitary drain wastes shall be separately piped to local sewers if they exist, or to a small septic tank to be constructed near the pumping station. (28-ME-DG-02 § 13)
