The pumping station will normally be unattended and a control system shall be provided to automatically control the operation of the pumps as a function of the wastewater level in the wetwell.

The station operation is to be monitored at the WSSC Control Center through the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system described in WSSC 11.120.360. (Design Guideline DG-08 § 16.1, dated August 2006)
