When a start signal is initiated by the control system, the starter of the respective pump motor shall be energized, provided the following permissives (as applicable) are met:

(a) There is sufficient water in the wetwell (water level is above the emergency low level cut-off).

(b) There is no undervoltage in any phase and there is no phase reversal.

(c) There is no pump lock-out due to overload, seal failure, valve failure or other abnormalities.
