(a) Failure to comply with this chapter may result in the filing of a complaint with the Board of Ethics pursuant to WSSC 1.70.080.

(b) The failure to comply with this chapter may also serve as the basis of disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. (Res. 2022-2306)
