(a) If the Board, while considering a complaint, finds that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the respondent may have committed a criminal offense, the Board promptly shall refer the matter to the Inspector General for review and submittal to the appropriate prosecuting authority, if appropriate.

(b) The Board shall make available to the prosecuting authority all pertinent evidence under its control. (Res. 2019-2211; Res. 2003-1669 § 1(2-8))
